Bugatti Chiron nu gepimpt met luxe zonnedak

Eigenaars van een Bugatti zitten waarschijnlijk niet op hun geld, als je in zo’n dikke bak rijdt ben je niet bang om het uit te geven. De autofabrikant verzint ook van alles om nog meer geld uit die broekzakken te kloppen. Zo kost het verversen van olie alleen al 21k en brengen ze de Bugatti Chiron nu ook op de markt met een luxe zonnedak.

Ze voegen met de Sky View een extra update toe aan de al drie miljoen dollar kostende Bugatti Chiron. Hierdoor rijdt je in stijl in een half open dak. Bugatti geeft nog even de specifieke details van het zonnedak: “Each layer meets individual requirements. Firstly, undesirable wind noise is reduced and secondly infrared radiation is reflected away from the ehicle to ensure maximum thermal comfort. In addition, the glass is tinted to prevent dazzle effects and to protect occupants’ privacy. Finally, harmful ultraviolet (UVA and UVB) radiation is filtered out. As a side-effect, the laminated design improves the stiffness of the roof panels. The outstanding structural properties of the Chiron, including the stiffness of the overall vehicle and crash safety, are maintained.”

Je hoeft dus niet bang te zijn voor een zonnesteek, aangezien het dak gewoon bescherming biedt tegen schadelijke zonnestralen.
